Our store
Sierra Custom Stickers is a custom print shop based in Rancho Cordova, California. Questions about these terms or an order can be sent to Support@SierraStickers.com.
Product configuration and pricing
You select the width, length, quantity, material, finish, and artwork for a custom sticker order. The product calculator displays the price for the selected product configuration. Shipping is calculated in the cart, and applicable charges shown at checkout can be reviewed before payment.
We try to keep product descriptions, availability, and prices accurate. If a clear website, calculation, or pricing error occurs, we may contact you before accepting or producing the order to correct, cancel, or refund the affected transaction.
Order acceptance and production
Submitting payment does not require us to produce artwork that violates these terms or that we cannot reasonably manufacture. An order proceeds after payment, required artwork review, and any required proof approval. We may contact you if the file, dimensions, material availability, or order instructions require clarification.
Artwork rights and permission to print
You represent that you own the artwork you submit or have permission from the rights holder to reproduce it. You give Sierra Custom Stickers the limited permission needed to review, prepare, print, package, and support the order.
Do not submit content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights, or that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, or hateful. We may reject or cancel artwork we reasonably believe violates these requirements. You are responsible for claims arising from content you were not authorized to reproduce.
Proofs and customer approval
When a proof is provided, you are responsible for reviewing spelling, dimensions, layout, artwork placement, and the cut line. Approval authorizes production of that version. Changes requested after approval may not be possible and may require a new charge.
Color and manufacturing variation
Colors vary among screens and print processes. Small variations in printed color, cut position, and finished dimensions are normal in custom production. If exact brand-color matching or a critical tolerance is required, contact us before ordering so we can determine whether the request can be accommodated.
Shipping, returns, and cancellations

Promotions
A sale, coupon, or promotion applies only as described in the offer, including any dates, eligible products, minimums, or exclusions shown with it. Promotions have no cash value and cannot be combined unless the offer says otherwise. We may correct or cancel a promotion affected by fraud, abuse, or an obvious technical error.
Acceptable website use
You may use this website for lawful shopping and account purposes. Do not attempt to interfere with the store, bypass security, introduce malicious code, scrape protected information, misuse another person’s account, submit fraudulent orders, or use the website in a way that harms customers or the business.
Website content
The Sierra Custom Stickers name, logo, website design, original text, graphics, and other store content are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Customer-owned artwork remains the property of its respective owner.
Service availability and responsibility
We work to keep the website and store available, but maintenance, internet failures, carrier disruptions, or events outside our reasonable control may interrupt service. To the extent permitted by law, Sierra Custom Stickers is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by use of the website or an event outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the store, products, or legal requirements change. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order. Updated terms will show a revised date on this page.
