This portion was sufficient, however very subpar in timing. I not only received my item after the expected date, but nearly waited a week for a basic proof of the item with minimal additions to my brand. Additionally, I was told I would receive a proof by the end of business day friday, only to receive it that sunday, along with it being incorrect. After the edits made, which were sent upon purchase for the logo specifics, the item was shipped out two days after proofing approval. I ordered a very similar item, 10 minutes before this one, from a reputable seller and received proofing in less than 6 hours, and the actual item within 4 days. Pretty displeased with my purchase due to timing and paying additional fees for minor details to be added to my brand.
