The seller was very responsive when I thought I had a problem. The order was filled on time.

The labels I received were a different color than my logo. I reached out to the seller and she said it’s in her policy that no refunds are given due to color variation. I can understand 1 shade difference but the stickers I received were multiple shades darker than my logo. The seller also stated if she knew how important it was to me to have the color match my logo she would have explained color variation to me in depth. I’m not sure what business owner wouldn’t want stickers they’re putting on their products to match their actual logo. I’m deeply disappointed in how the seller didn’t seem to care I spent $50 for labels I can’t use. If you plan to buy from this shop please not color variation is much larger than just a few shades off.

Quality is 100. If you don't lay it correctly, it easy peels off to readjust. I am ordering more right now.

I contacted the seller on 4/15/26 to do a custom bookmark. Sarah is amazing and was quick to respond and was able to accommodate my request with speed and professionalism.
