The cards are nice, but not what I wanted. The ad promotes matte, but then I’m told it’s not in stock but the substitute will do the same. It doesn’t. I made an amateur error and they aren’t even attempting to help fix unless I pay for an entirely new order. I can accept my fault in this, but the lack of customer satisfaction is noticeable
