Terrible customer service!! It would be good IF the color was correct. I send the photo of my logo which has a teal band around it. What I got was very much blue and not even close. Zero attention to detail and when I told them - they told me I have to return it at my expense. HUH? If I made you custom cupcakes and I made an error - first, I would not make you incur any expense and I would just refund immediately. Lesson learned. In all my years of shopping on Etsy... I have never experienced this crappy service. First tells me her computer can’t print a teal color, than tells me that the color was close and they don’t guarantee color. FYI - another sticker on their site has the color. DO NOT BUY FRIM THEM. Glad It was only 100 that I ordered and got screwed with.
