Stickers were not the same as proof that was originally sent. They were dark, washed out, & cheap. I expressed my grievance with seller, it was basically disregarded, no trying to make it right, no olive branch extended, not so much as even a discount offered towards another order in an attempt to make it right. Just too bad, so sad!!. I, too, are in business, but I would've put forth EVERY effort to rectify if dissatisfied customer. No, you can't make everyone happy, but in business, showing sincere empathy in order for customer retention, making concessions certainly go duly noted in the possibility of future business...
I normally never leave reviews, but after careful consideration, thought others should know there is a chance if you entrust your business with this seller, the same level of professionalism could be shown...
