Customer service leaves a lot to be desired! Returning customer to the company (had purchased from their website also) from Etsy. When we inquired if they had our file they told us no and instructed us to resubmit. We did, and then they sent us stickers of an OLD file of ours (yes, people do update designs from time to time). When I contacted Sarah about it she told me they had used our old file, because we told them to in our order (when we also submitted NEW file). Was told they would ship the replacements the following week, and it just so happens they were finishing them when I asked about them at the end of the day Friday the following week. Also, their "free shipping" says "USPS Priority Mail" on the receipt...and it was shipped USPS Ground Advantage.
