I ordered a cute sticker roll for a relative of mine trying to start their new business and the item never came although it was marked as delivered. I contacted the seller and they didn’t acknowledge anything I said besides “it’s maked as delivered” . I asked who was the carrier and they ignored the question until I asked again and said USPS. She said contact them as a stolen package. It was NOT STOLEN, I live in a house and work remotely I WOULD HAVE SEEN MY MAILMAN or PACKAGE . She refused to give me a refund, or “re”ship the item. But she was very quick to say to pay for the shipping and handling fees. Such a shame because the items listed are super cute it just has a greedy seller.
