The customer service was good until there was a misunderstanding and an offer overlooked. In all, the seller reneged on the offer that she gave to me due to me politely informing her of the way that she initially responded to me. I was informing her of the steps that I was taking, seeking ways to locate the package that I had not received from USPS. So that we wouldn’t both be at a loss. I have been a consumer of Etsy since 2013 and never had this level of disappointment. At the time of this review, I still do not have my package. I will still need to file a claim. I am really unsure of what to do moving forward, but I will not be a consumer of this business.
